We had a wonderful stay! Booked last minute and had no issues. Our hosts were great to talk with and had everything ready for us. Communication was wonderful! Super pleased! Truly enjoy this location.

Everything was perfect! Very nice, clean, modern property. Our hosts were great and communicated with us through the whole stay. Loved having a garage to park in and not to mention the pool! Would definitely stay here again.

Was visiting from the UK and I wasn’t sure which neighbourhoods in St Louis were desirable or safe, this area was great as was the accommodation. I’d certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! We were very lucky to have found this space days before our trip. It is an extremely quiet apartment despite being in a historic, multi-unit building. Great location for walking to the historic Soulard Farmer’s Market, a variety of eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and about 5-15 minute drive from anywhere else you might want to explore in St. Louis. Brandon and Eddie put a lot of attention to detail into decorating the space. Appears exactly as photographed. There are some signs of ware and tear from being a rental unit but nothing that affects any real aspect of the stay just sad to see others be careless with the lovely space. Brandon was extremely responsive and even checked in on us the morning after check-in. We stayed with our two kids for a long weekend and the unit was perfect for our needs.

This fit our family of 4 perfectly! We could walk to the Metro (<10 min) to go downtown and Forest Park was close enough for evening runs and even a walk to the museums and zoo! AC kept the house perfectly chilled. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bonus space downstairs (a large tiled room with a folding table and chairs) was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space for late-night gaming. Off street parking in the garage behind the house was greatly appreciated too! We would definitely recommend this wonderful home!

I got the best night's sleep I've had in awhile, so peaceful and quiet in this neighborhood, and the mattress was very comfortable. The home is attractively decorated and spotless. It is a great neighborhood, close to parks, restaurants and other St. Louis attractions. The host communicated well through email and we were able to get in with no trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a fantastic alternative to a hotel! The pool and spa were a big hit with the kids, and the location is within 10-15 minutes of so many family friendly attractions!

Super friendly host and flexible, we needed to extend our trip and they accommodate us with no problem! We will definitely will book with them in the future if we come back to St. Louis.
