I had a great stay while in town for a conference. The home had everything I needed and was clean. The location worked well for me - a super easy Lyft to the conference site but only a block from a peaceful park and 10 min walk from coffee shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and thorough in their instructions.

it was a great location and the apartment was beautiful! Such a beautiful area all the beautiful brick homes and business! We walked to the Soulard Market, bars, and restaurants! The host was always responsive and truly made sure we had everything we needed! My friend and I had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, the hot tub was perfect, and the host, Edward, was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!!

It was nice staying in Soulard. The house was clean and cozy. We were close to restaurants and pubs and a short uber to downtown. I would stay here again.

we were there for the TCIA 2025 at the convention center downtown it was less than a 10 minute drive from the Airbnb to the convention center about a 45 minute walk it was really convenient the place was clean neat tidy plenty of towels ample parking the neighborhood was OK plenty of beds to sleep in we were very pleased

I absolutely loved my stay! Everything was cozy, quiet, clean, and just what I needed for my writing retreat. The hosts were kind, informative, and always easily reachable. The home was so cute and had great natural light. The private backyard was an extra bonus. I would absolutely stay here again :)

I used to live in Lafayette Square so this was a wonderful location. Easy walk to park and restaurants. The property was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The host was responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. I even added days to my stay!! 🤗

My business partners and I came to town for an expo at the americas center downtown. I was overly cautious in finding a good airbnb in a good location with everything we needed. Frankly I don’t know where we would’ve stayed had we not found this airbnb. It was perfect for what we needed, beds were comfortable the three of us had enough space. If we ever come back I’d be sure to see if it was available. Also the parking out back was a MAJOR bonus. I drove my truck up from SC to bring all our stuff for the expo and it was great having the parking slip out back. It was easy to get around town from their Airbnb and it was pretty quiet at night. Plenty of good places around the area as well whether it’s for food, gas, convenience store, etc. Really glad we found this Airbnb and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Was outfitted with EVERYTHING we possibly needed especially coming home wiped from the expo everyday. It was perfect can’t recommend it enough.

This is a great location for business, family, or relaxing. Steps away from Soulard Farmers Market and just a few mins from Downtown. I felt like home and was safe parking and access to a ton of restaurants and bars. The host was amazingly kind and communicative.

I enjoyed staying at Dave’s place in St. Louis as a native St. Louisian. It was great to visit and be able to stay near the park, the Loop and other St. Louis attractions. We had an issue with our previous Airbnb and had to check out and Dave was responsive and quickly able to accommodate us with his property. I appreciate Dave’s responsiveness especially moving up check-in by an hour, it’s a great place to stay in a great location when you’re visiting the Lou!
