There is no designated off-street parking. 🌿 Shared Spaces: The backyard and basement are shared with the owner, who lives downstairs. The washer and dryer are located in the shared basement. ❄️ Air Conditioning: Individual window and portable AC units cool the bedrooms and living areas. 📹 Security: Cameras monitor the exterior perimeter and shared basement.
