The guests have access to the entire unit, basement and backyard. The parking is off street in front of the unit. The backyard and basement are a shared space with the host as we live in the bottom unit. For your comfort and safety, a security camera system monitors the outdoor perimeter and basement of the property. HOUSE RULES: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party - Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM (including weekends). We love our quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we request our guests be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. - Quiet hours after 11PM - Booking guest must be 25 or older **We will not accept instant bookings for New Year's Eve and Mardi Gras. Please send us an inquiry or a request if you wish to book the week surrounding these holidays!** - No parties - If gathered outside, please come in after 10pm. - Please no shoes inside - No smoking of any kind on property - If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back We just want to be sure you understand we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Any guests not included in the booking that arrive to the location will result in a $25 per person charge and you and the entire party will be asked to leave, as we will be terminating your stay at that moment. If necessary, we will be contacting the authorities to assist. There will also be a $300 fee for smoking if that occurs. If there are any questions regarding what constitutes a party, our policies, etc., please feel free to inquire prior to booking.

This house was great. Very clean. It had everything we needed and was in a great, walkable neighborhood that was close to everything. The host was available and responsive. Great place to stay.
