HOUSE RULES: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - unless express permission by the owner - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties / Gatherings - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party / gatherings - Quiet time is 11 PM - 7 AM (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

- Quiet hours after 11 PM - Booking guest must be 25 or older **We require requests (not instant bookings) New Year's Eve. Please send us an inquiry if you wish to book the week surrounding this timeframe.** - No parties or gatherings of ANY kind - If gathered outside, please come in after 11 PM - No smoking of any kind inside the property We just want to be sure you understand we have a strict no party / gathering and no smoking policy. Any persons not included in the booking that arrive to the location will result in a $25 per person charge and you and the entire party will be asked to leave, as we will be terminating your stay at that time. If necessary, we will be contacting the authorities to assist. There will also be a $300 fee for smoking if that occurs. If there are any questions regarding what constitutes a party / gathering, our policies, etc., please feel free to inquire prior to booking!

My business partners and I came to town for an expo at the americas center downtown. I was overly cautious in finding a good airbnb in a good location with everything we needed. Frankly I don’t know where we would’ve stayed had we not found this airbnb. It was perfect for what we needed, beds were comfortable the three of us had enough space. If we ever come back I’d be sure to see if it was available. Also the parking out back was a MAJOR bonus. I drove my truck up from SC to bring all our stuff for the expo and it was great having the parking slip out back. It was easy to get around town from their Airbnb and it was pretty quiet at night. Plenty of good places around the area as well whether it’s for food, gas, convenience store, etc. Really glad we found this Airbnb and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Was outfitted with EVERYTHING we possibly needed especially coming home wiped from the expo everyday. It was perfect can’t recommend it enough.

The hosts were amazing and made sure to check in on me!! I needed a later check out and they were so nice and understanding about it. I will definitely be staying here again! It was a home away from home.

Great! location wasn't far from many things we wanted to do. The place was really nice inside and the neighborhood was quiet. Was very close to stores which made making breakfast easy. Will book again if we ever come back to St. Louis
