Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, we are committed to creating comfortable experiences for our guests! Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - unless express permission by the owner - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party - Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

The house was wonderful! Excellent hosts! The house was charming, clean and felt safe. It’s in a good location to get anywhere you need to be in STL. It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and 2 of our teenage kids. Just enough space to have some quiet time but close enough to be together. The hosts have thought of all the last minute “oops I forgot” items and make the house feel like home. They checked in frequently and made sure our whole stay ran smoothly. We would definitely stay at Eddie and Brandon’s property again!

I absolutely loved my stay! Everything was cozy, quiet, clean, and just what I needed for my writing retreat. The hosts were kind, informative, and always easily reachable. The home was so cute and had great natural light. The private backyard was an extra bonus. I would absolutely stay here again :)

This home was a great base for our St. Louis visit. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. The house was a great fit for our family of 5. It was comfortable and well furnished. The owners are very responsive and were interested in making sure that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this house to others.

My family and I stayed at this location for a church conference. We are a fairly large family (7 in total) and we all fit comfortably!! Everyone had their own bed which is a big deal. The home was easy to access and very tidy when we arrived. Just as described. I was able to cook for my family. The kids were able to watch a few films and played one of the board games. Definitely would recommend this home. Also the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet! With an infant this was a major plus. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
