Catwalk two blocks from house puts you right at Forest Park to visit the many museums, Zoo and Muny. This house is super comfortable and recently renovated. Ample kitchen and bathroom supplies, entertainment and blackout shades. Detached garage for parking and ample street parking in front.

✔️ No parties + gatherings – if the number of people exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation, it will be considered a party + gathering
✔️ Quiet hours are from 11 PM – 7 AM
🚫 Disclaimer — we, in accordance with the City of St. Louis regulations, have a strict no party, gathering, and smoking policy. Any guests not included in the booking that arrives to the home will result in the following:
✔️ A $25 fee and charge per person not included in the reservation
✔️ A $300 fee and charge for smoking (if applicable)
✔️ Removal of all persons from the home
✔️ Termination and cancellation of the reservation by Airbnb

Everything was great. The house was clean, well-stocked, and ready for us upon arrival. It's in a great location near Nina's place in St. Louis. Close enough to walk to Forrest Park and a stone's throw from Demun and other awesome neighborhoods in STL.

We had a great stay. The home was in a good location for what we had planned for the long weekend. Neighborhood felt safe and the home was the perfect size for what we needed. When we come back to STL, we'll see if it's available again.

Conviniatly located and close to all the top spots to explore in St. Louis. Cozy home, perfect for my family of four. House was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The house was clean and it was nice to have a garage to park in so we didn’t have to park on the street. There were restaurants near by at Delmar Loop and this was perfect for what we were needing.

Excellent hosts! Great house in Forest Park close to everything, felt right at home. When the big snow storm came through, the hosts were very helpful and shoveled to clear a path. Would visit again!
