We just want to be sure you understand we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Any guests not included in the booking that arrive to the location will result in a $25 per person charge and you and the entire party will be asked to leave, as we will be terminating your stay at that moment. If necessary, we will be contacting the authorities to assist. There will also be a $300 fee for smoking if that occurs.

This was an amazing deal! The house was extremely clean, there was a nice variety of pillows, TVs in every bedroom, and a good amount of chairs and space for us to sit and hang out.
