- Quiet hours after 10PM - Booking guest must be 25 or older **We will not accept instant bookings for New Year's Eve and Mardi Gras. Please send us an inquiry or a request if you wish to book the week surrounding these holidays!** - No parties - If gathered outside, please come in after 10 PM - Please no shoes inside - No smoking of any kind on property - If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back Please note: due to local regulations and guidance, the hot tub is available for use between 6 AM and 12 AM (midnight) to be in compliance with ordinances and abide by short-term rental rules. We just want to be sure you understand we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Any guests not included in the booking that arrive to the location will result in a $25 per person charge and you and the entire party will be asked to leave, as we will be terminating your stay at that moment. If necessary, we will be contacting the authorities to assist. There will also be a $300 fee for smoking if that occurs. If there are any questions regarding what constitutes a party, our policies, etc., please feel free to inquire prior to booking.
