Please do not inquire if the following items do not work with your plans as we comply with St. Louis short-term rental regulation, rules, and policies. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - unless express permission by the owner - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties / Gatherings - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party / gathering - Quiet time is 11 PM - 7 AM (including weekdays and weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

I would be more than happy to give them more than 5 Stars. The place was very accommodating and basically had everything I needed. They were very considerate when supplying and stocking the apartment. Very inviting, beautiful and relaxing decor. I enjoyed my peace and tranquility even though I worked from home during my stay. The place provided a relaxing work space and environment.for me to work in. The response time was always quick.

We had a wonderful stay at Eddie and Brandon’s place. They were very accommodating for our last minute booking request and early check-in, and responded very quickly for anything that we needed. The instructions for check in were clear and made getting settled in so easy. And, their requests for check out are so simple and done with no trouble. Thanks, guys!

I was in STL for college visits. This unit was centrally located and convenient, had everything we needed (even laundry!). What made our stay really special was the great communication with the host. We had a small issue to iron out that could not have been easier thanks to their availability, kindness, and understanding.
