Our spacious family home has been completely renovated to share with STL visitors looking for a unique place to stay. With 100-year-old brickwork throughout and old growth timber finding new life in the masterfully crafted staircase, countertops, and shelving, you might just want to move right in. You'll have full access to the entire property which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to all the fun St. Louis has to offer.

We've had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. Take a walk throughout the entire 3BR and 2.5 bath home and find surprises in every corner. Not only is the place picture-perfect-worthy in every way, but you'll also notice we've taken care that you'll have everything needed to make your stay comfortable and pleasantly memorable.

We truly value you as our guest, we're always here to help if you need anything during your stay! :) HOUSE RULES: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party - Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

House rules

- Quiet hours after 10PM - Booking guest must be 25 or older **We will not accept instant bookings for New Year's Eve and Mardi Gras. Please send us an inquiry or a request if you wish to book the week surrounding these holidays!** - No parties - If gathered outside, please come in after 10pm. - Please no shoes inside - No smoking of any kind on property - If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back We just want to be sure you understand we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Any guests not included in the booking that arrive to the location will result in a $25 per person charge and you and the entire party will be asked to leave, as we will be terminating your stay at that moment. If necessary, we will be contacting the authorities to assist. There will also be a $300 fee for smoking if that occurs. If there are any questions regarding what constitutes a party, our policies, etc., please feel free to inquire prior to booking.

The Tiffany neighborhood in St. Louis is a quiet neighborhood of cul-de-sacs with I44 at its southern border, I64/40 at the north, and the St. Louis University Medical complex to the east. With all the easy highway access, you can make your way to all of St. Louis' best attractions in no time at all.

All approved guests will have complete, private access to the entire place.

St. Louis is an Uber and a Lyft city. You can also rent bicycles and electric scooters from two bike/scooter share companies Lime and Byrd. Just download the app to get started. Also, the closest bus stop is at Grand and McRee.
