Our spacious family home has been completely renovated to share with STL visitors looking for a unique place to stay. With 100-year-old brickwork throughout and old growth timber finding new life in the masterfully crafted staircase, countertops, and shelving, you might just want to move right in. You'll have full access to the entire property which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to all the fun St. Louis has to offer.

We've had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. Take a walk throughout the entire 3BR and 2.5 bath home and find surprises in every corner. Not only is the place picture-perfect-worthy in every way, but you'll also notice we've taken care that you'll have everything needed to make your stay comfortable and pleasantly memorable.

Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party - Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

With all the easy highway access, you can make your way to all of St. Louis' best attractions in no time at all.

Our stay in St. Louis was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The information we received prior to arrival was thorough and accurate, so we were able to check in on our own without any issues. And once we were in, it immediately felt like home. The house is gorgeously appointed and makes excellent use of the exposed brick. The recent renovations are evident, as everything feels very chic and modern. The kitchen has gorgeous stainless steel appliances and was well stocked with all of the supplies we needed for the duration of our 3 week stay. Brandon & Eddie were quick to respond and answer any questions that came up over our stay and graciously allowed us to check out late. Couldn't recommend a stay here highly enough!

Was visiting from the UK and I wasn’t sure which neighbourhoods in St Louis were desirable or safe, this area was great as was the accommodation. I’d certainly stay here again.

St. Louis is an Uber and a Lyft city. You can also rent bicycles and electric scooters from two bike/scooter share companies Lime and Byrd. Just download the app to get started. Also, the closest bus stop is at Grand and McRee.
