We had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. HOUSE RULES: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items do not work with your plans as we comply with St. Louis short-term rental regulation, rules, and policies. - Primary renter must be 25+ years of age - Pets are not permitted on the property - unless express permission by the owner - No smoking inside the home - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties / Gatherings - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party / gathering - Quiet time is 11 PM - 7 AM (including weekdays and weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. - Outdoor areas off-limits after 11 PM - Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

- Quiet hours after 11 PM - Booking guest must be 25 or older ** We require requests (not instant bookings) New Year's Eve. Please send us an inquiry if you wish to book the week surrounding this timeframe. ** - No parties or gatherings of ANY kind - If gathered outside, please come in after 11 PM - No smoking of any kind inside the property We just want to be sure you understand we have a strict no party / gathering and no smoking policy. Any persons not included in the booking that arrive to the location will result in a $25 per person charge and you and the entire party will be asked to leave, as we will be terminating your stay at that time. If necessary, we will be contacting the authorities to assist. There will also be a $300 fee for smoking if that occurs. If there are any questions regarding what constitutes a party / gathering, our policies, etc., please feel free to inquire prior to booking!

Great location in Soulard. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. House was excellent. It was exactly like photos. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This place was spotless, quiet, and comfortable. From the coffee left in the kitchen to the extra toiletries in the bathrooms, we were very pleased. The climate control inside was great. Same temp on the 3rd floor as the basement. Very cozy for sleeping or just hanging out. Beds were perfect with nice sheets too (important for me). Would definitely stay here again.

Find us

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions. St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
